Coffee Catch Up & Coworking - December
Friday, 5 December 2025
The Creative Space, Mandurah
10-11:30am - Take time out and join other like minded working women in your community for a coffee catch up to share your struggles and your wins, get support where you need it and just chat and connect with others.
Lunch break - light lunch & mimosas provided to celebrate our final monthly catch up of 2025
12-2pm - tick some things off your to do list in an open coworking session where you can work on your planning for the next quarter, life admin, anything you like, surrounded by like-minded women doing the same.

About Our Community
Secret Women’s Collab was created to fill a gap for working women south of Perth, providing opportunities to connect without the need to travel into the city or rely on online spaces.
We’re here to build a community that celebrates connection and conversation, bringing together women who may feel isolated from traditional workplaces. Whether you’re running your own business, working remotely, or navigating a unique work-life balance, our events offer a space to share experiences, build meaningful relationships, and find support among like-minded women.
This is more than a networking group, it’s a community where you can show up as yourself, feel supported and connected, and truly belong.
Meet Ash & Em
We’re Ash and Em, two women who know firsthand how isolating life can feel when you’re balancing work, family, and everything in between. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to create a space for working women to connect, share, and grow together.
Em is a rural mum of three, juggling the beautifully chaotic life of kids, business, and life on the land. Between running her family’s rural contracting business and Em & Co Consulting, she’s found that her work has been a lifeline—offering her a sense of identity and purpose in the often isolating world of rural life.
Ash is a mum of two with a shift-working partner. As a recruiter, once she had kids, the traditional recruiter roles never fit with her role as the primary parent, leaving her searching for something more. Starting her own business gave her a renewed sense of purpose, but it didn’t solve the disconnection she felt from like-minded women.
Together, we created this community to bring women from all walks of life together for meaningful conversations, real connections, and a sense of belonging. Because no one should have to navigate work, family, or life alone.
